I signed up to a new contract today to move to another network, however when I contacted Virgin Mobile to get my PAC they advised I would need to pay two contracts at the same time as my contract with them doesn't end until May! I had already checked my start date on my mobile account and it said my 2 year deal started on January 2015. I also got a text message from Virgin in January to advise they would be contacting me to sell me a new contract. Now when I check my online account, there is no mention of any date. I have no written proof and think this is very underhand scam to keep me locked in longer. Has anyone else experienced this?
