Contract problems

Totally discus ting the way I have been treated by Virginia mobile been told a total load of cap am due for an upgrade right now but been refused load of lies told .
Mobile contract due to end in two days they not interested .this is bad for anyone but for me I have mental health issues and my mobile is so important would never recommend them to anybody they couldn't give a **bleep**

Hi mat thanx for getting in touch have been ill due to this problem am stunned to be treated in this way .I have now left virgin mobile had no choice in this matter they have no value on there existing customers whatsoever and am now being hassled for payment of last bill which has only just been processed. My first ever txt on this site remains the same would never recommend them to anybody thanx
