I have just received my new contract from VM and once again they have my directory entry wrong. I told them last time and they still can't get it right!They have changed the first letter of my surname so one one will be able to find me! What do I have to do to get my entry with my correct surname? There are no contact details on the contract, so who do I speak to about this please?
