Continuous calls

Hi, my phone contract is ending and I was called by virgin mobile back in May where I discussed options and said I would think about it and when I was ready call back. Over the past week I have been called up to 5 times a day from virgin mobile to discuss an upgrade on Saturday I said to the lady in the phone i was not in a position to make a decision and I would call back and yet I have been called 3 times today is this normal practice as I will take my business elsewhere if I am going to be hounded all of the time.
