need to switch on data roaming on mobile while in France on holiday but my online password is not being recognised - how do you contact Virgin mobile help by email to resolve both issues?

there is no email for Virgin Mobile but you can use the webchat.
Starting from here: Help and Support - Contact Us > Mobile > Mobile not working > Chat online.
The advisors are often busy though so you may not get connected straight away.(I would advise just keep the page open and refresh it every few minutes).
Alternatively, if you can borrow a phone to call Virgin Mobile. Their UK support line number is: +447953 967 967
