I am trying to cancel voicemail on my mobile phone account. Three times I have spoken with someone at Virginmedia who has assured me that it has been done, but it never has. This is getting extremely frustrating.
Today the 150 number gets me a recorded message saying, "The number you have dialled has not been recognised. Please check and try again."
The Virginmedia website keeps leading me up blind alleys, taking me to menus where none of the items apply. Please can someone tell me how to get this sorted, short of just cancelling the contracts in sheer frustration?
