I have been trying to upgrade a phone since October 2015, receiving failed credit checks in the process. These have been internal, as no searches have been recorded on my credit file externally. I have today been told to write, via post, to the Consumer Underwriting Services department, however, I am not prepared to wait several weeks for a response and feel that in this day and age, this method seems extremely antiquated! Could anyone please advise me of an email address for this department please?
Hi and thanks very much for your reply. After a little search on the internet, I found a freephone number which took me through to the underwriters. Problem now in the process of being solved, thankfully!!
