Confirmation of receiving a letter at Virgin Media customer service
does anybody know if it is possible to find out if a letter I sent has been received at Virgins office in Swansea.
i have been trying to sort out an excessive charge of over £150 and got fed up of trying to talk to foreign customer service staff, never the same one twice conflicting information. I then resorted to communicating with the Virgin back room staff via email only to be told on Tuesday this option was being removed. Trying to sort something out with Virgin is proving near impossible as they don't return my calls, don't contact you when requested to via email.

i sent it on the 01/12/2015 to customer complaints at Swansea, recorded delivery KP468424525GB.
i have not received a reply for the first letter I sent about 3 weeks ago or a text to say they have received this one
I came across some very useful info on the forum that proves that Virgin have not honoured their contract with us so today I intend to draft a report ready to send to CISAS with copies of emails sent and received, telephone calls made and copies of letters sent and photos. I am also just awaiting a letter from a secretary of a golf club in Lancashire to confirm a telephone call between us.
