Confirmation Emails?

I have applied for a contract with an iPhone 5s. I applied for this at about 2am yesterday morning and I still have not received a confirmation email about my phone?!

Any help?!

Thanks for posting to let us know you haven't received a confirmation email.

 

Unfortunately we would need to clear security to deal with this properly, why not give our customer service team a call on 789 from a Virgin Media registered line or 0345 6000 789 from any other line, and they'll be more than happy to help.

 

It would be great if you could post back here to let us know how you get on.
