Could somebody tell me how long it takes for VM to acknowledge a letter of complaint? I wrote to complain about the inability to change a tariff online to one of the sim only options that appear on the website on the 20th December but have not heard anything at all yet and obviously this still has not been fixed online. you can only change within Virgins current tariff range that you are on. If your already on the old range then u can move to this fine. If you call up and upgrade or take out a new line then its current pricing only
