I upgraded my phone on Monday and all went smoothly with this and I'm happily using my new phone.
However, as part of this process, 2 "free" pay and go sims were added to the order. When I checked the order, it showed that I was being charged £10 for these sims. I called to query this and was told the charge had been waived.
I've checked my bank account today and the £10 has come out of my account - so I have been charged £10 for 2 sims that I didn't want. Can this be refunded please ?
