Changing to monthly SIM only from PAYG

I am thinking of getting a monthly SIM only contract but I have over £20 credit on my PAYG virgin phone. Will they credit that to my account if I go for a contract or would I lose it. Thanks

Re: Changing to monthly SIM only from PAYG

Hi karenanestis,

log into your Virgin Mobile account then click on the "Plan and device" tab.

From that page, click on "Pay Monthly SIM Only".

Select your prefered Pay Monthly tariff, add it to Basket and continue to "Checkout" where you will see the option to keep your PAYG mobile number.

Any credit balance that you have on that number will also be transferred to your new Pay Monthly SIM Smiley Happy .
