Changing my plan

So I go on line to change my mobile plan to 20 pds a month, and have been trying all day, except message is 

 

oops somethings gone wrong please try later.

 

 

Please don't ask me to call them I never understand a word they say and they don't understand me either.

 

 

Will this 'something' be fixed soon

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with upgrading your tariff online. I know in your post you mentioned you didn't want to call, but you'll need to call us on 789 or 0345 6000 789 so we can get this sorted for you.

 

I promise we'll do all we can to get this sorted for you.

Managed to speak to someone who understood me,  it's sorted thank you, however, the website needs a look at as it is still impossible to change there
