Changing default Home Page

Hopefully this is an easy one to answer.

When I use the internet browser on my Android phone it always goes to the Virgin Media home page which I want to change.

Even when I go to <Settings/ Home Page> and change it this makes no difference.

I have tried typing in the URL, using the 'current page' but it makes no difference.

Any idea why the setting is ignored?

Re: Changing default Home Page

Hi Loosecanons,

Thanks for your post on the Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with changing your Android home page.

On Virgin Mobile supplied handsets, the default home page is set to the Virgin home page, but you should be able to click on Other and add a different website address here.

If this doesn't work, let me know the make and model of your mobile. Are you able to change the browser used on your settings (Default Search Engine setting)?

Please let me know.

Kind regards,

Terri

Re: Changing default Home Page

Thanks for your help.

I had to stop Android 'remembering' my last visited page  and was eventually able to change the Home page.
