Changing contract to sim only?

I have a contract  pay monthly phone which is now due for an upgrade. I would like to change this to sim only. Is it possible to do it via my online account because all I can see is upgrade to a new phone.. .

Hi Ashg,

 

it's not possible to do online. You need to call the Team (free) on 789 and give notice of cancellation of your current contract at the end of your minimum term and discus changing to your chosen SIM only plan.

I'd leave it till a weekday am if I was you, a better chance of a uk call centre

I phoned at the weekend. Phone answered within 30 seconds and all sorted in a couple of minutes....Very good service VM Smiley LOL
