Changed tariff, and my contract start date changed too?!?
I changed my tariff a few months ago, and I've only just noticed that my contract start date now says the date when I changed the tariff - but I increased my tariff, and was told I was allowed to do so... so why has this happened? Is it just a glitch somewhere?

When you change a tariff it wouldn't have any effect on the start date of your contract. If you're still seeing this on your account then I recommend contacting the team on 789 from a Virgin Mobile handset or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
