Hi, Changed phone and used same SIM but whenI try to call it says "mobile network not available". Can you help please?

Hi LouiseW76,

First off, you say that you've changed phone - is your new phone unlocked / open to the Virgin network?

If it is, then have you tried turning it off & on again? This should make it search for a network.
If your phone has a removable battery you could try taking it out whilst the phone is turned on, then replace it & turn the phone back on, This act will reboot the phone.

Are you able to go into the phone settings & manually select a network?

If non of the above work, you could also try taking the SIM card out & putting it back again, then turn on the phone.

Hopefully one of these suggestions may get you back on the network Smiley Happy
