I recently had my phone number changed and received my new number yesterday.
I wanted to keep my contract, which I said to the adviser on the phone, but when I put my new sim card in yesterday it had reverted to pay as you go.
How can I revert back to my contract with my new number.
I can only assume that you must be out of your contract period for this to be able to happen.
You need to call 789, explain the misunderstanding and request that they reinstate your previous tariff/allowance.
