im trying to increase my data allowance but everytime i click on a new tariff option nothing happens it just takes me to the top of the page. Is something wrong with the virgin mobile site?

You are probably better off ringing 789 and seeing what they offer

As enlli advised, this is something you can get some help with by calling the team on 789 (0345 600 0789 from any other phone).
You may also wish to trying using another web browser and/or device as this should help make the change you require from your online account.
