Change of number to virgin account!

Changed my number from ee over to virgin sim only contract but when i log in it still shows new virgin sim number and hasnt registered any usage??? Any help appreciated thanks.

Hi thanks for the reply, the issue still seems to be the same and it seems picture messages aren't being sent to this number either😟

Hi, yes it shows the usage when i go to recent usage in the menu, but when the overview account page loads it still shows the new virgin number that the sim originally was and not my transferred number?

From what i remember i registered when i ordered the sim card if that helps?
