Carry Loyalty Discount to New Contract

Hi, I'm after some advice please.

I've been a Virgin customer now for well over 10 years, this includes T.V., Broadband, Home Phone, Credit Card and Mobile Phone.

As such I have a current loyalty discount in place on my Mobile which I am being told I can not carry over or take with me when I upgrade. After 5 plus phone calls on this matter I seem to be getting nowhere and not fully confident I have got through to retentions. Can anyone here help at all as I'm getting rather annoyed with the whole situation.

Thanks

Re: Carry Loyalty Discount to New Contract

Hi 3ddi3,

all new contracts with Virgin Mobile are "Freestyle".

They are the same price to new and existing customers.

If you wish to upgrade, this will also involve moving to a new freestyle tariff.

Unfortunately no loyalty discount is given on this tariff.

Re: Carry Loyalty Discount to New Contract

Thanks for the info, however when I last upgraded which was 2 years ago they allowed me to take my loyalty discount to it.

I've had this discount in place for some years now and I'm less than happy to think that I could potentially loose it.
