Havent logged in for a couple of months but as I wanted to enable roaming needed to do so.
Just found that I couldnt login with my existing user name (email) and password.
There is a message on the login page saying that there may be problems due to recent site upgrades?
So I thought I would try resetting my password (even though I knew what it was) ....apparently a reset passcode is supposed to be sent through........well I am still waiting....
What is going on?
Replying to my own message and unable to edit.
......Well nearly an hour later and reset code arrived and didnt work.
Requested another....arrived immediately this time but the hieroglyphics again were not accepted.
I even tested my keyboard to check the characters and used an editor.
Hopeless............given up for now

I'm sorry that you're having some issues with the reset code. I want to get this all sorted for you. Can you let me know if the reset code came with a full stop? If so, try and enter the code without that to see if it works?

Just to update as I finally gained access to my account.
BTW the reset instructions explicitly state to include the full stop.
It turned out there were problems with the site at the time
As a comment the forcing of users to create an overcomplicated multi character mix of alphanumerics is way over the top imho.
Whilst security is important this should be taken in context of the accounts importance..what was wrong with the original passwords?
Yet another overcomplicated bunch of characters that will be impossible to remember.......
