Cannot view my account

I am new to Virgin Mobile and i cannot view my account, when i login i get the following error.

"Oops, something's gone wrong!

Please try again in a few moments."

My sim card was delivered pre activated on Monday 25th July and this error has been ever present.

I have cleared my browser cache and used different browsers without any success.

Any one have any ideas?

Try via your mobile, in the search box, mobile.virginmedia.com

I have tried using the registration page but it simply won't work.

I enter my mobile number, click continue and the page reloads, the other options listed below it are not working either(they have no option to choose them).

It doesn't worl via my mobile phone either.

I think i'll have to as it simply won't work, i finally got the registration page to work using Edge but once i eneter my details it tells me i need to add the number to an existing account, and that then brings up the same error of something went wrong.

 

Its not exactly enstilling me with confidence in Virgin if this is how my start with them is going.

Thank you for messaging the Community, I'm sorry that the registration and all round logging in seems to be a bit tricky.

 

I can see that the other members have offered some support and calling in was an option, (thanks guys). I would like to know if you have done so already, if not, I can help.
