Hi I have a Samsung s7 & cannot set up my answer service. I have phoned customer service on numerous occasions they don't seem to know what they are doing I get sent from dept to dept even passed on to the technical team for virgin T.V. ?? Why ?? My partner has also tried and nothing. If I dial 222 from my mobile it rings then just cuts off. I am considering cancelling this contract as nobody from any dept can resolve this issue.
