Me and my Mum have recently taken out new virgin media contracts. Despite calling 222 and following the instructions and when that didn't work calling 789 neither of us have voicemail.
I'm sure there must be something I'm missing but I am getting frustrated that even when I call 789 Virgin staff don't seem to be able to sort it. Any hints or tips would be appreciated.
I have a Samsung S5 and my Mum a S4 mini, In the application info it says voicemail is disabled but the phone does not allow me to enable it.
