Why can't i use my mobile to make calls and txts cant send or recieve anything??
My Bill is up to date so whats happened?

I have spoken to the team who cannot find a problem bill paid sim ok i just cant think of what to do!

If the team can't find an issue regarding the account, there could be potentially an issue with the phone. Are you able to try your sim in another phone to see if this works?
