Well I'm currently trying to access my virgin mobile account online and I can't seem to do it. I'm trying to reset the password, but in order to do that I need the phrase you say when you ring up virgin, which I have put in correctly. I know this because I rang them a couple of days ago and they asked for the exact same phrase which I put in on the website to reset the website.
There was an option which allowed me to send a password reset link to the email address, but there is a problem with this because the address of the email we have to use for the mobile account ends in '@ntlwolrd.com', as you can see there is a spelling mistake on the world part. That's the email we used to use to login to virgin mobile as well, but now we can't.
Any advice would be helpful, thank you.
