I have just received my monthly email to say that my mobile bill is now available and asking me to log on to My Acount to look at it. However, despite trying to log in as I have done in previous months, nothing happens when I enter my email address and password. Is there a problem with access to My Account ?
I used your link with the Safari browser on my iPad - still could not login. It was with Safari on the iPad that I had the earlier problem that led me to posting on the Forum.
However, I have managed to login on my PC using the Internet Explorer browser.
Therefore, the problem appears to be with logging in on the iPad with the Safari browser. Normally, I would prefer to use the iPad rather than the PC. Hopefully you can find a solution that allows me to login on my iPad.
