After the past few months on the odd day here or there I've not been getting my emails, or facebook and have had to take my battery in/out in order for them to come through. Now I don't get facebook or emails at all. I phoned Virgin yesterday who reset something, and suggested I delete browser history and cache, which I did do, and for a short while last night got my emails etc. Today I'm back to square one? Can anybody help or getting same problem? Thank you
Hi Mat, yes finally sorted after two phone calls to Virgin. Apparently, problems Virgin's end that effected my data allowance, even though it hadn't run out! But all rectified now - thank you for your help.
