I know this has been asked loads of times but I cannot find a solution. Therefore sorry if I am raking up old subjects.
I am trying to get the "Virgin Media WiFi" app to work on my iPhone 6. I am on a pay monthly sim only contract. When I try run "Set up auto-connect" all I get is "ERROR Sorry. Your SIM card is not accepted. Please check your account" Firstly is "Virgin Media WiFi" available to sim only customers? If so can anybody help me on this problem?
Thanks in advance Mike
P.S. I have tried Resetting the network settings Taking the sim card out and putting it back in again Switching the phone off and waiting 10mins then switching it back on again All to no avail
Hi - no help I'm afraid but I'm having the same problem. I have a virgin sim-only in an iPhone SE and get the same error message with this app when I try to set it up. Would also be keen to see any solutions!
Already tried a new SIM card. Uninstalled the app re-installed, erased iPhone twice and spent well over 2 hrs on phone been passed from pillar to post. Sat here waiting for a call back from technical support (which I know will never happen) and I still doesn't work
