For the past couple of weeks, I have been unable to receive incoming texts, and incoming calls go straight to voicemail.
It definitely isn't a fault with my phone (iPhone 5S) because I've tried everything phone-related to fix the problem and I've put my SIM card in other fully working phones and it has the same problem.
I've called customer service and they don't help at all. I'd like to get this fixed as soon as possible, thank you.
