Cannot Get Through

I was thinking about leaving Virgin due to ongoing issues. I definitely want to leave now as I cannot get through to anyone in customer support or customer service.

I just want my pac to move my number to a different network. How can I get it?

Hi gurHult6,

 

to request a PAC you will need to speak to a customer service agent.

When you say that you can't get through, do you mean that they are busy and there is a wait to speak to an advisor?

If this is the case you need to try again (free call 789) from your mobile.

If you call the 0345 number it's just engaged and if you call 789 it hangs up saying "It's not been possible to connect your call, please try again later". I'd love to queue but I cannot.

So basically I cannot leave as Virgin won't accept my call. Fantastic.

I've just called 789 from my mobile and was able to select the option to "get transferred to a member of the Team" no problem Smiley Frustrated

Try dialing 150 (also a free call) > option 2 (for mobile) and see if this will connect you to an advisor.
