Just spent the best part of an hour on the phone trying to cancel my account. Been told that they will phone me back in two hours. Must be the worst Customer Service ever. Will never go with Virgin Mobile again.
you could ask for a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) and transfer your number to another network.
