Does it annoy you how Virgin make it easy to spend money (increase contract) online, no problem - very frictionless. But to cancel a contract, well - you need to ring at a specific time (no weekends etc.) to a dedicated cancellation "team" that will no doubt try all sorts of tricks to get me to keep the service.
I just want to cancel, Virgin. I should be at the very least be able to order that online - even if your magic team do whatever they need after - I just don't have time to be making calls to you & sitting in a phone queue in my working week.
