Cancelling current tariff

I currently have £5 monthly tariff. Have quite a lot of credit from previous PAYG. Hardly ever use phone so am considering reverting back to PAYG. Can't find info on this.

Hi Harona3,

you just need to give Virgin customer services a call on 789 from your mobile and give 30 days notice of cancellation.

Your £5 per month SIM will then revert to pay as you go at the end of your contract period.
