Cancelling contract

As I have have not had a working mobile phone for over 3 months I consider Virgin have broken our contract and I wish to end it how do I notify them in writing when we have no,way of emailing them apart from through the CEO how would anyone propose I do this other than cancelling my direct debut.   The point is I wish to do it now ad no Mnday is due until June as they charged me double last month when I had no phone.

They have at last today cancelled my contract and refunded 2 months rental.   They didn't do anything about the phone other than mKe excuses for their mistakes.   The correct number was never past to the technical department so I would tell anybody who this happens to they will have to ring every day to have any chance of success.   The required form apparently was lost in the offices and the letter I sent which I also had the name and date when signed for they said they had ever received.   It was the CEOs office and the name on the signature was Jaab on 21st luckily I can move elsewhere now.
