Can someone help asap as I don't know what to do now. The person was very rude on the phone. I cancelled my mobile account and was waiting for the Jiffy bag to come and nothing has come so I rang them today to be told I haven't cancelled what can I do

Checking this, I can see that you have called in and this has been escalated to a manager for you. The complaint is currently still in progress. The manager that is assigned to this complaint will contact you with any updates. All complaints are processed for resolution within 28 days.
