Cancel sim only rolling 30 day

Hi folks<br>I know I'm supposed to be able to cancel these contracts at any time, but i can't for the life of me find out how!<br>Any ideas?<br><br>For the VM support guys; I have a few sims on my account, for my family, but there are no options on the online account to cancel any of them, why is that?

If you wanted to cancel a rolling sim contract, you'd need to give us a call on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

Is there any way I can cancel my contract without calling that number? I'm living abroad now and I'm not able to call.
