To do this you would need to speak with our mobile team who are available on 789 or alternatively on 0345 6000 789.

Ring 789 and select "I'm thinking of leaving" - you will get an automated readout of your upgrade date. If this is more than 30 days from when you ring, hang up.
If it's less than 30 days, or has already passed, stay on the line and speak to someone about cancelling. Be ready for them to try to upgrade you.
Your service will be terminated at the next refresh date. Your final payment will come out of your account two weeks or so after that.
