Cancel a sim only contract

Hi,

I currently have a sim only 30 day contract, but my phone is broken. I therefore need to cancel my sim only contract, before getting new phone/contract.

I try to log into my account and get "please give one of our team a call from your Virgin mobile..."

I obviously can't call Virgin, so I tried contacting them online. The contact us page goes to - 'Ooops Crikey, we can't find that page'. The web chat has no response.

I am at a loss! Any ideas?

notice of cancellation must be given either in writing:

Virgin Media
PO Box 333
Matrix Court
Swansea
SA7 9ZJ

Please be sure to include all your details (ideally including a contact number Smiley Indifferent)

 

Or by calling and speaking to a member of the Team: 0345 6000 789.

(Perhaps you could borrow a phone or use a payphone).

Sorry to hear about the issues with your phone.

I just wanted to check if you had a chance to speak with the team about this?

We'd always recommend calling us if you're looking to leave in as we don't require written notice and we can confirm everything has been done for you there and then. We might even just be able to offer you a great new deal to tempt you to stay!

There's no need to cancel the SIM Only if you're looking to upgrade to a contract with a phone with us, just call the team on 0345 6000 789 from any other line and we'll see what we can do to upgrade you from your current SIM Only tariff to a package with a handset Smiley Happy

hi phia i have tried to get in contact for last 3 days by chat all i get is busy form morning till night virgin must have a lot of problems
