No mobile phone acess. (Roaming is "on", and has been for several days, I have tried connecting with Vodafone. de and Telekom.de. I have full signal, but with an exclamation mark and a capital "R" next to the signal strength bars.)
I have no mobile Internet access - even though my account shows that I have paid for a £5 travel pass.
I have received two texts from Virgin - one welcoming me to the Netherlands when I transferred via Shipton, and one welcoming me to Germany when I arrived in Munich.
I have know way of contacting Virgin other than via this forum.
Unfortunately, I have tried all that you suggested, but without any success on the data issue - although I can, at least, now make calls.
When I try to access the Internet, I get a message stating that my device is offline, and suggests turning off aeroplane mode, turning on mobile data and checking the signal in [my] area - all of which I have done. I have even tried removing the data limit.
Any other suggestions would be very much appreciated.
