Can't top up

Hi, I can't seem to top up my sons phone even though it is registered the only thing that might be it is we have just moved house a few days ago so now gave my new address on the phone but bank card still registered to mynold address, also have tried to top up my text but says technical fault Smiley Sad

Buy a top up card, then when you've got a positive balance call 789 on the phone and ask them to look into it
