I have recently switched from EE to VirginMobile but cannot set up my voicemails. I have followed the instructions to ring 222 but it doesn't seem to work. Whenever somebody rings it just continues to ring and doesn't divert to voicemail.
is voicemail turned on in your account?
Log into your Virgin Mobile account then click on the "Plan and device" tab.
Go to "Manage my services" > here you will find "Voicemail".
If it is not already on, you can change it by moving the "switch".(Click the other side of the rectangle box).
