Tired so many times to set voicemail on my phone via my online account, and 222. Still not able to get it to work. Anyone has any tip? Can't seem to find Virgin mobile's customer service number either!

it sounds like you've already tried Help and Support > Virgin Mobile Voicemail
Customer services may need to reset it, in order for you to run through the set up procedure again.
You can contact them free on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 (standard call rate) from any phone.
