I can't access my Virgin Mobile account as I have forgotten my password and cannot reset it.
Following the instructions as per the "Forgotten your password?" link and providing my account email and Virgin mobile number results in the following error:
"Oops! That wasn't quite right.
Please try again"Error message
Would be grateful for any help... Phoned 789 twice but they don't seem to be able to fix the issue...
how about trying: Forgotten your email address and password?
