Can't receive calls

one day after the mobile data not working, here it comes another problem, even worse.

My work number is not receiving any calls. None of my friends can call me if not via Whatsapp (that works on mobile data).

Having internet on the phone, and full signal, this means the sim card is ok.

I hope you guys from Virgin know already about this issue and you're solving it, otherwise this will be a problem as I just said we're talking about my work number.

Hi Mat,

It seems I can receive some calls, but not all of them. For example, from the day I wasn't able to receive any calls, my bank can't call my number anymore as it results unavailable at the moment.

I confirm the problem happened in central and west London. I have asked my friends to call me and they weren't able to.

Hi again,

I can't remember. They just said "not available", so it wasn't ringing.

I had a chat with the Virgin support but they didn't know about any problem about calls and messages, but this was solved the day after without do anything, just by itself, so it was definitely a Virgin problem. We also checked phone and settings and everything is fine.

I'm really pleased to hear it's all working again for you. I suspect there were some local signal or mast issues but I don't know for definite.
