Non internet phone says I have an mms picture message. Signed in but can't get past the Login screen. Alongside the box for the mobile number is (447******) What format do I use to enter the number - the standard 11 digits or something else? I've tried various combination but still can't login
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with opening a MMS on your handset. Has this been sorted out for you since your post?
If you are still having a problem with this, make sure that both your WiFi and mobile data are enabled (mobile data is required to be on in order to load the MMS).
