Can't login

I am trying to access my online mobile phone account. I put login details in but it said they r wrong so done the forgot my password bit and still nothing. I am the account holder and I use to be with virgin mobile but I left but my son still has virgin mobile contract which I pay for every month, today I saw that virgin took the payment but it's more than it should be so tried to go into my online account but can, it asks for my virgin mobile number but I transferred it to my new supplier, how what can I do?

Sorry to hear that you're having some issues with accessing your online account. We'll get this fixed for you.

 

Can you let me know if you've ever registered your sons mobile online? If not, on the login page you can register the number to an alternative email address.

 

Let me know as soon as you can. We'll be able to move forward either way.

i never got back to you as I was ill, but I have sorted it now, but thanks again.
