Can't login

I can't login even when following the reset login procedure. It does not recognise the security answer I have used for years on any phone calls to Virgin and when I request a link for a reset password the link says it has expired within minutes of it coming through (says it will expire in 24hrs). Very frustrating. Help!

I'm really sorry that you're having some issues logging in. I want to get this all sorted for you. So I can look into this for you, are you able to link me to the page that you're trying to reset the password so I can make sure that all is well on our side?
