I am pulling my hair out! I still can't log on to my account or my daughters. I tried to say 'forgotten password' to reset it, nothing works. This system is rubbish. Every month my bill is higher than it should be but I'm unable to check my account. How convenient. Is this just me?
have you tried calling the Virgin mobile customer services on 789 from your Virgin mobile. Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone, explain the problem that you're having & ask if they can reset your password for you?

I've worked the problem out. For some unknown reason it will not let me log on or do anything with my account using an apple device??! As soon as I used the laptop I logged on and viewed my bill. How strange. I wonder if this has happened to anyone else's?
Thanks for your message. I'm using Safari, that's all. Strange but it doesn't let me log on or change my password (although I knew there was nothing wrong with the password I was entering). Was very annoying. Will just have to use my laptop in future.
